I’m Jes Sherborne, and I founded Team Everywhere because I needed a better way to collaborate on design projects.
As a software designer, I produce hundreds of pages of sketches, diagrams, and notes over the course of a typical project. When I’m sitting in a room with the team, this is a great way to collaborate.
But when I started working with remote teams, things got complicated. I started having tons of meetings. I was emailing photos of sketches back and forth. My email box began to overflow. I spent hours on the phone waiting for online meetings to start. Then I spent hours in online meetings wishing they would finally end.
I talked to other creative professionals, and I found that a lot of us had the same problem.
And that’s why I built Team Everywhere–to help remote creative teams achieve the easy, spontaneous collaboration they need to do their best work.
This is just the first step. We have a lot to learn–and a lot still to accomplish. If you have ideas for ways that we can help your team work together, please write to me at email@example.com or connect with us on Twitter (@teameverywhere).
I’d love to hear what you think.
